Wild goose breast

These double breasts come from small wild geese, they have a beautiful rich and gamey flavour. Perfect for a small gathering who want an alternative to turkey but without the whole bird. The geese come from the same family farm as the Kelly Bronze turkeys in Southern Holland and have been hand plucked and hung for maximum flavour and quality. 

This product is fresh not frozen as in the picture.
