ORDERS

CHRISTMAS ORDERS

This year, we're asking that all customers place their Christmas orders online. It's efficient whilst ensuring that we can concentrate on giving you the best possible service and a memorable feast!

There are two options for your Christmas orders, you can choose to pick up in our shop or be home delivered (limited availabilities & min. order value €75). Please see below the relevant information regarding each option.

The deadline for all Christmas is Wednesday 18th December. We can still accommodate certain orders after this date, however we strongly recommend you to order as soon as possible, in order to avoid possible disappointment. 

PAYMENT

PICK UP: If you would like to pick up your order, we ask that you choose the Bank Transfer option at checkout and make a deposit of €30,00 using the bank information provided. The remainder can be settled when you come to collect your order in store.

HOME DELIVERY: If you would like to have your order delivered to you, we ask that you settle the full amount at the time of placing your order via card payment at checkout (Bancontact/Visa/Mastercard). There is a €15,00 delivery fee and you must reside within one of the eligible post codes which are listed below.

PICK UP

PICK UP DAYS & TIMES

You will be able to pick up your Christmas order on one of the following days :  Sunday 22nd December , Monday 23th December or Tuesday 24th. 

Sunday 22nd December : 12:00PM - 5:00PM

Monday 23rd December : 10:00AM - 5:00PM

Tuesday 24th December : 8.30AM - 1PM

ON THE DAY

As expected at this time of year, there will likely be significant queues, however we of course aim to keep waiting times to a minimum. .

CHANGE OF PLANS?

Please be aware that we have an extremely high volume of orders to process at Christmas and therefore we ask that you please stick with your selected pick up date.

If it's absolutely necessary, we can of course accommodate your request but please do get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange another date.

HOME DELIVERY

DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES

Home delivery is available on : Sunday 22nd, Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th December. We have a limited amount of slots available so we will work on a first come, first served basis.

We aim to deliver all orders between 8:30AM and 6:30PM. Once all the delivery orders have been placed we will be able to give you an idea of whether your delivery will be in the morning or afternoon. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive your delivery on the chosen day.

DELIVERY AREA

The delivery area is limited to the Brussels Region and surroundings. Unfortunately, we're not currently able to deliver outside of this area.

BRUSSELS REGION: All Brussels communes (1000, 1020, 1030, 1040, 1050, 1060, 1070, 1080, 1090, 1120, 1130, 1140, 1150, 1160, 1170, 1180, 1190, 1200, 1210)

FLEMISH BRABANT: BEERSEL (1650), DROGENBOS (1620), HOEILAART (1560), KRAAINEM (1950), LINKEBEEK (1630), OVERIJSE (3090), SINT-GENESIUS-RODE (1640), SINT STEVENS WOLUWE (1932), TERVUREN (3080), WEZEMBEEK OPPEM (1970), ZAVENTEM (1933).

WALLOON BRABANT: LA HULPE (1310), RIXENSART (1330), GENVAL (1332), WATERLOO (1410), BRAINE L'ALLEUD (1420), LASNE (1380).

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

We ask for a minimum order value of €75 for home delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We charge €15 per home delivery.

PLANNING AHEAD

Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address on the day to receive your order, as we cannot leave the deliveries unattended.
