Turkey Breast Roll

Tradition without the hassle!

Our turkey breast rolls are the perfect solution if you have a small family or you can’t face carving a full bird on Christmas day. We can prepare a variety of sizes from +/- 1.5kg (serves 4 generously) to up to 3kg (serves 10-12).

There is a delicious selection of stuffings to choose from. Be it a traditional sage & onion stuffing or a succulently rich one with a base of sausage meat laden with prunes, raisin and plenty of cognac!

Stuffings:

- Sausage Meat (traditional sausage meat)

- Sage & Onion (fresh breadcrumbs, onions, fresh sage & butter)

- Gluten Free (minced pork with apricots, chestnuts, orange zest, cognac & cream)

- Luxury (sausage meat with prunes, raisins, cognac & cream)
