Tomato chilli jam - Erne Larder

• A great accompaniment to sausages, burgers, and cold cuts. Can be mixed in to mayonnaise or cream cheese for a super dip.
  

Ingredients: Tomatoes (53%), sugar, spirit vinegar, tomato puree (6%), water, sunflower oil, red chilli (1.6%), garlic, spices (mustard, turmeric, cumin, cayenne pepper), ginger, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), salt, (stabiliser) xanthan gum, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
