This brand new rub is the perfect combination of herbs & spices to create the ultimate Roast Beef.

Just rub onto the roasting joint at least one hour before cooking - if you can leave it overnight even better. There's enough rub to do a big joint of meat. When you're ready to cook just season with salt and watch the magic happen!
